Customer Relations Department
If you are a high energy, customer focused individual who has excellent listening and communication skills through email, phone, and text, this might be a great position for you. RV Orientation Specialists
RV Orientation Specialists will be the product demonstration expert for the customer. Our specialists will host the customer during their pickup process and introduce them to their new unit which includes teaching and training the customer how to fully utilize all of the functions on their RV. Responsibilities would also include guiding the customer throughout our parts & accessories department to ensure a successful RV experience as well as introducing the customer to our Service Department for any of their future service needs. Previous customer service experience is encouraged as well as strong communication skills. Although not required, a good understanding of how RV systems operate is a plus. Parts And Accessories Department
Our Parts and Accessories Specialists at RCD RV are responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by taking care of all parts and accessory support needs. Our specialists are educated on the features and benefits of the products we sell and actively seek out ways to increase sales that will benefit our customers. RV experience is not required but automotive after-market retail sales or dealership experience is a plus. Within the parts department there are many specialized positions, which include:

RV Service Technician
RCD RV is always looking to add qualified RV service technicians! We take pride in delivering quality service to our customers with each and every repair. RCD RV will provide the needed training and set you on a path to becoming a Certified/Master Certified RV Technician. This is a great career that provides its own challenges each day. Detail And Cleaning
Here at RCD RV, we take pride in providing clean, quality products to our customers. The main duties of our detail and cleanup crews are to ensure all new and used RV’s are cleaned and sale ready per our company standard while also maintaining the professional appearance of our facilities. Some of the duties would include washing and detailing the interior and exterior of new and used units as they arrive, as well as sold units before customers take delivery.
