First of all want to compliment ALL the staff. Everyone was very friendly and really did make you feel like they appreciated your business. We had been shopping for camper everywhere from Myrtle Beach, SC to Ohio and finally found the floor plan, length ,etc. that we were looking for at RCD. Turned out great because their center was only a couple hours away from home. We bought in the dead of winter, so we requested we do the orientation indoors. The delivery and sales representatives were able to pull that off and our orientation guide did a fantastic job! This was our first fifth wheel and we left feeling much more confident that we had purchased the right RV for our needs.

Mark Clendenin helped us in a pinch with a kitchen faucet that got broken in our camper. I called to see if you guys had any and Mark not only told me what you had but took pictures of them and texted the pictures to me. The wife loved it cause she was able to pick the faucet she wanted rather then depending on me to pick one. After she picked the one she wanted I drove there and Mark grabbed the faucet and rang me up. Both Mark and the other young man behind the counter were very very helpful.
