Had some warranty issues with our new RV. Contacted Jeff in service and was told to bring it right in. Did so and Jeff had Steve in the service department go over our problems. Steve was great to work with and got everything fixed and took the time to show us what he did plus he answered our question.

Greeated and directing to salesman, Winn, who listened to what we were interested in seeing. He provided information and when he didn't know the answer went to ask someone in sales or service. He gave us time alone with the RV to look at it but was available to answer questions.
