probably the upscale design of the glass cabinets and the fireplace. like the pop up plug on the counter and the fact it has usb ports. and of course outside entertainment center is great. -

We enjoy the flexibility of the fold up bed which is a very nice couch when not in use. The full size fridge/freezer is perfect. I also enjoy the usability of the kitchen/bathroom when the slide is in. -
