Zack was amazing! So friendly, helpful and didn’t push us into anything. We didn’t want to. Had his list ready for me when I got there and looked at a few campers. Came back 2 days and bought one. He so was friendly and helpful! Thanks again Zach Jogan -
Mark from Wadsworth, OHYou don’t know what you don’t know. One year later
Last year (2024), my wife decided on a whim that we should stop in at the then Avalon rv Medina and look at trailers. Hesitantly I agreed and since the dealership is only minutes from our house, we stopped in to “just take a look” I was assured. Fast forward about two hours after checking out the offerings -
Christopher from Holiday Hills, ILRoss Haire was great
We did a trade on our Newmar Ventana for a Renegade Veracruz that RCD had. Ross went above and beyond what was expected to make our deal go thru including getting the unit delivered to us over 450 miles away. I highly recommend Ross and RCDRV
